Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with ASM Academy – UAE, including school programmes, after-school activities, holiday programmes, and enrichment services.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. About ASM Academy – UAE

ASM Academy – UAE provides sports, mentoring, and student development services for schools and families.

Bookings may be made by:

  • Schools and educational organisations

  • Parents or legal guardians booking activities for their child

2. Making a Booking

a) School Bookings

School bookings are confirmed following:

  • An initial meeting or consultation

  • Agreement of programme scope, dates, and costs

  • Written confirmation from ASM Academy

b) Parent Bookings

Parent bookings may be made online or via enquiry forms and are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Age suitability

  • Confirmation by ASM Academy

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a place until confirmation is issued.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • Some programmes may require advance payment or deposits

  • Schools may be invoiced based on agreed terms

  • Parent bookings may require full payment prior to attendance

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations & Changes

a) School Bookings

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for schools will be agreed as part of the programme agreement.

b) Parent Bookings

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated at booking

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on notice provided

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

ASM Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to operational or safety reasons.

5. Attendance & Behaviour

  • Children must follow instructions provided by ASM Academy staff

  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times

  • ASM Academy reserves the right to remove a child from a session if behaviour presents a safety risk

Parents or schools may be contacted if behavioural concerns arise.

6. Health, Medical & Emergency Information

Parents and schools must provide accurate information regarding:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies

  • Special educational or support needs

  • Emergency contact details

ASM Academy staff are not permitted to administer medication unless agreed in writing.

7. Safeguarding & Supervision

ASM Academy operates in line with safeguarding and child protection standards.

  • All staff are appropriately vetted

  • Sessions are age-appropriate and supervised

  • Safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

8. Liability

ASM Academy takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all participants. However:

  • Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk

  • ASM Academy is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the participant

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may be taken for training, quality assurance, or promotional purposes.

Consent will be obtained where required.
Parents or schools may opt out by informing ASM Academy in writing.

10. Changes to Programmes

ASM Academy reserves the right to:

  • Modify session content where necessary

  • Change staff allocation

  • Cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, advance notice will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
